We respect the confidentiality of the advisory firms and clients that rely on Advisor App Workspace. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our admin tools and white-label apps.
We rely on trusted vendors such as Supabase (authentication/storage) and Expo/Apple/Google (app distribution). Each processor is bound by contractual terms to protect your data.
We retain advisor workspace data while your subscription remains active. Upon termination, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
Access to the admin workspace is protected via Supabase authentication. We use role-based policies to ensure tenant data is isolated. Advisors are responsible for maintaining secure credentials for their team.
To request access, updates, or deletion of firm data, contact support@advisorapplab.com. End-client requests received by us will be forwarded to the advisor of record for fulfillment.
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be highlighted within the admin workspace.
