Welcome to Advisor App Workspace. By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to the following terms. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you (the advisory firm or representative) and Advisor App Workspace.
You represent that you are legally authorized to enter into these terms on behalf of your firm. Our platform is designed for registered advisory firms; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable regulations.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are presented during onboarding. By completing checkout you authorize recurring charges until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt services, or distribute malicious content. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe your usage violates these terms or applicable law.
Advisor App Workspace retains ownership of the platform and associated materials. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to provide the service.
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring communications generated through the platform meet regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisor App Workspace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the admin workspace. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
